Only reason I put 5 stars was so you guys can see REAL REVIEWS!!!!!! The most unprofessional apartment management I've ever lived under! Maintenance has yet to fix problems I've addressed literally 1 year ago from moving in. Roaches scattered everywhere, pet owners do NOT pick up pets poop. You can literally walk and step on it anywhere you go. Washers AND dryers are BOTH $3.25+ to wash and dry EACH. You'll have multiple charges on your utilities for electricity for some reason and some other random charges. Neighbors have a breed of about 10 yorkies who they let out without a leash everyday and they bite people and management doesn't do anything about it as well as letting them out without a leash to go poop everywhere and do not pick it up. To add on Maintenance walks around drinking beers all day or planning parties for the weekend setting up tents instead of worrying about the real problems going on with units. This whole apartment management is a complete mess who does not care about you or your well being in your unit.

This apartment complex is in great area and quiet. The staff work very hard to keep the place work well. The office staff is great. Jessica was the one that helped out when looking for a new place to live. She gave me a tour and answered all my questions. Made the process easy. And responds to emails and calls pretty quickly. I like this place a lot.

I have lived here for 2.5 years so far and the place was great. Jessica helped me with a tour and application process before moving in here. She is very friendly and helpful. They keep the complex very clean and respond quickly for any maintenance issues.

Management responds super quick. She is friendly and helpful. These apartments have a modern style on the inside. I like that the room closet is huge and has mirrors. There is also extra storage spaces in the hallway and another big closet with mirrors. Appliances are sterling silver. The only downside to these apartments is that there is limited parking spaces. I wish I could get a second parking space inside. On the bright side, there is assigned parking so you always at least have your 1 parking spot and everyone here seems to follow the parking rules. The neighbors are pretty quiet.

I contacted Aloha to get some pricing for a possible upcoming move due to work. And spoke to Ellen in the office. What great costumer service she has. We are looking to move after the New Year and will be contacting Ellen for sure. Since I spoke to her 3 weeks ago I have either gotten a call or an email just saying she wants me to know I am important to her, and that they are not forgetting her upcoming move in 2021. I have spoke to so many apartments and Aloha and Ellen are the only ones who stay in close contact with me. Unbelievable service.
