This apartment complex may look nice from the outside, but once you move in, all the problems quickly show. First, dogs are everywhere without leashes. While I donât mind dogs, owners do not clean up after them. There is dog poop and urine all over the property, and the smell is constant. Iâve even stepped in it multiple times during my time living here, which is absolutely disgusting. Parking is another major issue. The parking lines are extremely worn out, the numbers are confusing, and there are not enough gate remotes provided. Because of this, you'll often have to manually put in the code. The gate is constantly broken, making it completely useless like why even have it???. *WARNING!!!!!* If you are looking for a quiet place to live, do NOT move here. Residents regularly play loud music without any consideration for their neighbors. The noise is so intense that living on the second floor feels like an earthquake. They made a rule that prohibits making noises after 10 p.m., including barking and playing loud music. However, some residents ignore the rule and continue to play loud music, AND I HONESTLY HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF IT!!! That's the only reason I'm writing all of this. To be honest, the only thing that's good about this place is that they host special occasion events; for example, a few days ago, they served free hot cocoa.

Only reason I put 5 stars was so you guys can see REAL REVIEWS!!!!!! The most unprofessional apartment management I've ever lived under! Maintenance has yet to fix problems I've addressed literally 1 year ago from moving in. Roaches scattered everywhere, pet owners do NOT pick up pets poop. You can literally walk and step on it anywhere you go. Washers AND dryers are BOTH $3.25+ to wash and dry EACH. You'll have multiple charges on your utilities for electricity for some reason and some other random charges. Neighbors have a breed of about 10 yorkies who they let out without a leash everyday and they bite people and management doesn't do anything about it as well as letting them out without a leash to go poop everywhere and do not pick it up. To add on Maintenance walks around drinking beers all day or planning parties for the weekend setting up tents instead of worrying about the real problems going on with units. This whole apartment management is a complete mess who does not care about you or your well being in your unit.

This apartment complex is in great area and quiet. The staff work very hard to keep the place work well. The office staff is great. Jessica was the one that helped out when looking for a new place to live. She gave me a tour and answered all my questions. Made the process easy. And responds to emails and calls pretty quickly. I like this place a lot.

I have lived here for 2.5 years so far and the place was great. Jessica helped me with a tour and application process before moving in here. She is very friendly and helpful. They keep the complex very clean and respond quickly for any maintenance issues.

very disappointed, the truth is that I had other expectations from this place since it appears to be very friendly and pleasant, but it is an absolute disappointment. The administration leaves a lot to be desired in what I have been living in this place. I am still waiting for controls to open the bars, the previous administration with âdaisyâ it was terrible, gates open permanently, garbage containers full for days and days, garbage piled up outside the apartments THEY CHARGE MAINTENANCE THAT IS NEVER GIVEN TO THE COMPLEX, nor to the apartments and they still charge it, laundries are extremely dirty and dangerous, lots of dogs all over the green areas, green areas without maintenance, it seems to be an abandoned lot. There are days when there is no water or it comes out black from the taps and the administration NEVER answers unless it is something that affects them exceptionally, do you know something about otherwise they leave you waiting for months and months and then they change management. which does not make it better, the excuses persist for everything even if you speak directly with them in adm nothing happens dirty and noisy tenants, adm sends intimidating sheets about tenants who have made noise at certain times which they DO NOT RESPECT because even if you notify about some tenant like that DOES NOT DO ANYTHING, people with annoying pets, especially at the top, stand in a kennel if you walk through the common areas it looks like a kennel and if you get a tenant with a dog upstairs, forget it because you are going to have a very bad time, there are tenants who sometimes After hours they have the TV, the music, the noise extremely loud (some of us work early) it can go on for days, the laundries and the pool bathrooms are worse than public areas in the city center. The owner(s) of these places should really pay attention to The administrative people they hire to âtake chargeâ because seriously they don't do their job, the place is decadent, I have noticed that adm has some âfavoritesâ since there are service parking lots where without any notice they send you a tow truck but BE CAREFUL not to everyone, if you are a known friend of adm, currently you will never receive the tow truck, it seems that this new administration will only benefit some people and harm others. I have seen the tow truck several times taking cars lately, but don't worry if you are adm's favorite, it won't happen and I can continue but I doubt that more than solutions they only give intimidation or denial of EVERYTHING THEY DO WRONG and nothing I would love to be able to leave a good review but the site is a disappointment my recommendation to those who want to live here it is better to look for another place that this will be your last option.

management is distant and uncommunicative. good luck getting in contact with anyone if you have a problem with your lease. it took multiple calls and emails over several months to resolve the issue. they promise to get back to you and then forget about you. they keep a full voice mail inbox, meaning you can't leave a message, so you better hope someone picks up! some tenants of the complex are also awful. when I lived there, there was loud bass boosted music every weekend, people fought in the apartments below me a few times a week, and people who let their misbehaved dogs off leash to run up to and bark at other tenants. also, despite the terms of the lease stating a ban on most large breed dogs, tenants often kept large dogs in those very small apartments, barking from the balconies in distress. if you don't mind loud stressful surroundings + lots of upset dogs you'll be fine here.
