This facility looks nice from afar but when you get close and inside yikes. I have been a resident here for a few years and the most recent property owners are by far the worst. These old units need to be updated, poorly built back in god knows when. 2 weeks to fix a shelf in a closet, we got nothing but excuses after excuse from the neglectful property management team.

Management responds super quick. She is friendly and helpful. These apartments have a modern style on the inside. I like that the room closet is huge and has mirrors. There is also extra storage spaces in the hallway and another big closet with mirrors. Appliances are sterling silver. The only downside to these apartments is that there is limited parking spaces. I wish I could get a second parking space inside. On the bright side, there is assigned parking so you always at least have your 1 parking spot and everyone here seems to follow the parking rules. The neighbors are pretty quiet.

I contacted Aloha to get some pricing for a possible upcoming move due to work. And spoke to Ellen in the office. What great costumer service she has. We are looking to move after the New Year and will be contacting Ellen for sure. Since I spoke to her 3 weeks ago I have either gotten a call or an email just saying she wants me to know I am important to her, and that they are not forgetting her upcoming move in 2021. I have spoke to so many apartments and Aloha and Ellen are the only ones who stay in close contact with me. Unbelievable service.
